About Konstantinos Karampelias

Kostas Karampelias is the Director of F&B at the Hyatt Regency London-The Churchill and he joined the hotel coming from the same role at the Bill & Coo Suites & Lounge (Complex), Mykonos-Greece, part of Leading Hotels of the World group.

Originally from Greece, Kostas have worked throughout his extended career so far within brands and companies such as the St Regis Dubai , Renaissance Amsterdam by Marriott, Hanbury Manor Golf Club resort Hertford, just to name few.
Kostas loves innovation and he is a fan of creativity while he has developed several new concepts at his route so far.

At his role now he is overseeing the hotel’s F&B operation overall including The Montagu Kitchen restaurant, The Churchill Bar & Terrace, IRD and Events operations.
