About Inna Nekrassova

Inna realised her love of hospitality whilst working part-time at a leading five-star hotel, in her home country of Estonia. This led her to an International Hospitality Management degree at Oxford Brooks, which included a placement in Ireland and a semester at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. After graduating, Inna went on to complete the well-known Management Programme with Red Carnation Hotels, involving time in multiple departments, including rooms and F&B. Inna soon learned that reservations and revenue would dominate her career! Four years later, after measurable success leading reservations departments of five-star London hotels; The Milestone Hotel in Kensington and Bulgari Hotel London in Knightsbridge, Inna now takes a leading role in revenue management with Four Seasons Park Lane and Four Seasons Hampshire. With over twelve years’ experience in luxury hospitality, Inna’s passion is to help hotels realise their revenue potential, remain innovative and encourage teams to be revenue ambassadors, no matter the role. In her spare time, Inna enjoys running, travelling and video games.
